We have a small number of live roles ensuring that we find the very best people to join our studio. You’ll be working onsite full-time with an experienced team, where everyone is striving for excellence, in a supportive and friendly environment.

Studio visits here at Tileyard North
We welcome candidates to our office here at Tileyard North. We’re proud of the community here and our heritage space on the Wakefield Waterfront. These meet ups help break the ice and provide real opportunities for you to find out whether Cast Iron Games is right for you.

If you are successful, we will follow up with a competitive offer to help you reach the right decision for you. If you have any questions, our support team will be on hand to assist with any queries.
We use the following three phase process to ensure that we’re the right fit for each other.
First Interview:
An informal chat about the candidate’s experience and previous roles that relate to the job role. It’s a chance for any candidate to seek clarity on what the role requires, how we operate as a team and potentially a first visit to our Tileyard North community space.
Second Interview
A more in-depth interview with lead members of the team and key colleagues. This will cover technical knowledge and ability to apply skills and competencies in the role.
Third Interview
This is a chance for candidates to meet the Studio Directors and find out more about behind the scenes at Cast Iron Games.
